Welcome to Cultured Hooligans. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from Cultured Hooligans.

All prices displayed on the Cultured Hooligans website are stated in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise indicated.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we will contact you before processing the affected order and provide you with the appropriate options available under applicable law.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order if there is an issue with stock availability, payment, pricing or another material error.

Cultured Hooligans reserves the right to cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• Payment cannot be successfully processed
• A product is unavailable
• There has been an obvious pricing or listing error
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity
• An order appears to have been placed for unlawful purposes

Where an order is cancelled after payment has been received, any refund due to you will be processed in accordance with applicable law.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order can be processed and dispatched.

We may use third-party payment providers to securely process transactions. Cultured Hooligans does not intentionally store complete payment card information on its own systems.

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as reasonably possible.

Delivery times provided on our website are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside of our control, including courier delays, public holidays, weather, incorrect delivery information or unforeseen logistical issues.

Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery is subject to the courier's delivery processes and terms.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout. Cultured Hooligans cannot be held responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.

7. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Our returns, exchanges and refund procedures are set out in our Returns & Refund Policy.

For change-of-mind returns, Cultured Hooligans offers a 7-day return period from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions stated in that policy.

Nothing in these Terms of Service or our Returns & Refund Policy limits or excludes any rights afforded to consumers under applicable South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

8. Defective or Non-Compliant Products

We are committed to supplying products of acceptable quality and in accordance with applicable South African consumer law.

Where a product is defective, unsafe, unsuitable for its intended purpose, or otherwise does not comply with applicable statutory requirements, your rights and remedies under the Consumer Protection Act will apply.

These statutory rights are separate from our 7-day change-of-mind return policy.
